Churches, schools, nonprofits, clubs and local businesses already talk to their people on WhatsApp. MsgOrb turns that into something an organization can run: reminders that go out on time, events people can RSVP to, children checked in safely, and fees and dues that get paid.
Most community organizations run on a few volunteers and a group chat. The chat gets noisy, important messages get buried, and the same people end up chasing RSVPs, sign-in sheets and payments by hand.
Email open rates keep falling and text messages cost money per send, but people read WhatsApp. MsgOrb gives organizations the tools large companies use on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, priced and built for a church office, a school front desk or a club treasurer.
One WhatsApp number, one dashboard, every plan.
Scheduled WhatsApp messages to your groups, sent one to one.
RSVP links, entry passes on WhatsApp and door scanning.
Paid RSVPs, with the money going straight to your Stripe account.
Safe drop-off and pickup, with the pickup code on WhatsApp.
Classes, camps and courses, paid in full or in monthly parts.
Monthly or yearly dues, charged automatically.
Four promises that shape every feature we build.
MsgOrb is built on WhatsApp’s official Cloud API and is a Verified Meta Tech Provider. Your number is connected through Meta’s own sign-up, never a workaround that can get it banned.
Plans limit how many contacts you keep, not how many messages you send. MsgOrb sells no message credits; Meta bills messages to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta’s rates.
Tickets, program fees and dues are paid on your own Stripe account. MsgOrb never holds the money; payers see every fee before they pay.
Messages go one to one, so members never see each other’s numbers. Anyone who replies STOP is marked opted out and not messaged again.
From a 60-member youth group on the Free plan to networks of 25,000 members and more.
