Is Text JOIN like a texting keyword?
Yes, for the person joining it works the same way, but on WhatsApp: they send JOIN, or JOIN YOUTH, to your WhatsApp number and get a welcome reply. There is no short code or per-text credit.
Does MsgOrb limit how many messages we send?
No. Plans limit members only. Meta charges its own message fees to your WhatsApp Business Account, and replies are free for the first 1,000 each month on each number.
