Questions

Is MsgOrb cheaper than Tithely per gift?

No. Tithely charges 2.9% + $0.30 per card gift. MsgOrb’s fee is 2% + $0.50 per gift on top of Stripe’s card fee, so it costs more per gift; most givers choose to cover it, and the box starts ticked. What MsgOrb adds is giving inside WhatsApp, per-group links, and your messaging, events and kids check-in on one number.

Can each ministry have its own giving link?

Yes. Every contact group has a “Giving link for” card with a link, QR code and Share on WhatsApp. Gifts are recorded for the group and reported by group.

Do givers need an app?

No. They give from a link in WhatsApp by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the receipt comes to WhatsApp.
