Every organization gets the same questions on WhatsApp, over and over: what time does it start, where do I park, how do I register, who do I talk to about the youth trip. Most of them arrive in the evening or on a weekend, when nobody is at a desk, and the person asking either waits until Monday or gives up.
MsgOrb’s AI Agent answers those questions for you. It is an add-on for $19 a month on any paid plan. You fill in a short page about your organization, and from then on it replies on your WhatsApp number whenever a message isn’t already handled by a Smart Reply or one of MsgOrb’s keywords. It only uses what you wrote and the details of your open event, and when it doesn’t know, or the message needs a person, it says someone will get back to them and passes the message to your team.
You write the knowledge base once
The AI Agent page in your dashboard has a few plain boxes: about us, where you are, when things happen, the questions people ask with your answers, and who to contact for what. Write it the way you would brief a new volunteer at the welcome desk. There are no flows to design and no keywords to set up.
When you have an open event, the agent also knows that event’s own details, such as the date, time, venue and dress code, so questions about this Saturday’s conference are answered from the event you already created.
Already have it written down? Add up to five pages of your own website, such as About, Visit us or Admissions, and MsgOrb reads their text and reads them again every week. Longer documents, like a handbook or a parents’ FAQ sheet, can be pasted into a More information box. For each question, the agent uses the parts that match.

It answers in the language people write in
You write your knowledge base once, in your own language. When a member writes in Spanish, the AI Agent answers in Spanish; when a parent writes in Portuguese, French, Arabic, Hindi or Indonesian, the answer comes back in that language too, from the same information. There is nothing to translate or set up for each language.
That matters for churches with a Spanish service, schools with families who speak another language at home, and nonprofits serving people from many countries. Everyone gets an answer they can read, and anything the agent can’t answer still goes to your team in the Inbox.
Smart Replies first, the AI Agent second
MsgOrb already answers many messages without any AI. Smart Replies match common questions about an event to the answers you typed, keywords such as GIVE, JOIN and Check in do their job straight away, and payment questions get the person’s own payment details. Those always answer first.
The AI Agent only steps in when none of them matched: a question about an event that no Smart Reply covers, or a message when no event is open, which would otherwise get no reply until someone checks the Inbox. Simple messages like “ok” and “thanks” are never answered.
What happens when it doesn’t know
The agent does not guess. If the answer isn’t in what you wrote, it tells the person that someone from your organization will get back to them on WhatsApp, and the message reaches your team the usual way, in the Inbox.
Some messages always go to a person, whatever the knowledge base says: refunds, complaints, emergencies, anything about a child’s safety, and anyone who asks to talk to a person.
What it costs
The AI Agent is $19 a month on top of any paid plan (Basic, Growth, Pro or Enterprise). It includes 2,000 AI answers a month on Basic, 5,000 on Growth and 10,000 on Pro and Enterprise. Need more? Add 1,000 answers for $10 from the AI Agent page, once or automatically whenever they run out (up to 5 times a month), and extra answers you don’t use carry over to the next month (your plan’s included answers reset on the 1st and don’t carry over). With no answers left, messages simply go to your team until the 1st, and nothing is charged unless you add answers. Start or stop it any time from the AI Agent page; stopping takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.
Its answers are WhatsApp replies inside the 24-hour window the person opened, so on Meta’s side they count toward the 1,000 free replies Meta includes each month for your number. After that, Meta charges its utility rate per reply and bills your own WhatsApp Business Account; MsgOrb adds nothing.
