A verified Meta Tech Provider

MsgOrb is verified by Meta as a Tech Provider and runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your organization connects its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s own sign-up window, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings.

Messages go through Meta’s official API, not an unofficial workaround, so your number stays in good standing.

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account

Tickets, program fees, dues and giving are paid through Stripe directly into your organization’s own Stripe account. MsgOrb never holds your money.

Card details are typed into Stripe’s secure payment form and are never stored on MsgOrb’s servers.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Everything between your browser, MsgOrb and Meta’s WhatsApp network is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. The database and its backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

The right people see the right things

Each workspace has an owner and team members. Only the owner sees who gave and how much, and only the owner can disconnect WhatsApp.

Kids Check-in stations work for one day with a PIN, and a child is released only on the family’s pickup code.

Consent and STOP, built in

People who join through Text JOIN or a join link have their consent recorded. Anyone who replies STOP is never messaged again by your organization until they choose to rejoin.

Your data, deleted when you ask

You can delete contacts at any time, and ask us to delete your whole account. Requests are processed within 30 days, usually much sooner, at no charge.

Kids Check-in history is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically.
