Sound familiar?

RSVPs come in through a form, a spreadsheet and a dozen DMs, and nobody knows the real number.

Confirmation emails land in spam, so guests turn up without their ticket.

A room change goes out by email the night before and half the guests never see it.

The same five questions about parking and start times fill your phone all week.

What MsgOrb does for event planners and conference organizers

Real workflows, running today — not a feature wish-list.

One link for every RSVP

Share the RSVP link in WhatsApp groups or as a QR code on the flyer. Guests say how many are coming and answer your registration questions, and you see the headcount live.

Paid tickets with the pass on WhatsApp

Make the event paid and guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account, and the entry pass arrives on WhatsApp.

Door check-in from any phone

Send your door team a door link. They scan passes with their own phones, without logging in to your account, and see who has arrived.

Reminders and changes, sent for you

Switch on the headcount check, the reminder, the day-of details and the schedule change. Each goes only to guests who are coming.

Questions answered straight away

Smart Replies answer “what time?” and “where do I park?” in your words, and everything else lands in one inbox your team shares.

Up and running in three steps

1

Create the event

Name, date, venue and flyer. Add registration questions such as meal choice or T-shirt size, and a price if it is paid.

2

Share the RSVP link

Post it in your WhatsApp groups and print the QR code on the flyer. Each guest’s pass arrives on WhatsApp.

3

Open the door link on the day

Your team scans passes at the door and the arrivals count updates as people come in.

Why event communication belongs on WhatsApp

Guests open WhatsApp messages within minutes. Emails with tickets get filtered, forgotten or lost in a promotions tab. When the pass, the reminder and the room change all arrive in the chat guests already use, fewer people turn up confused and the queue at the door moves.

MsgOrb sends each guest a private message from your own WhatsApp Business number. Guests never see each other’s numbers, and every reply comes back to one inbox your team can work from together.

Know your numbers before the day

The headcount check asks guests who RSVP’d to confirm a few days before, so catering, seating and badges are based on real numbers. Registration questions collect meal choices and sizes as people sign up, not in a scramble the week before.

On the day, the door link shows who has arrived. For paid bookings of several tickets, each ticket has its own QR code, so a group can arrive separately.

Common questions

MsgOrb runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — see the full FAQ for more.

Do guests need an app?

No. They RSVP on a web page and everything after that arrives in their normal WhatsApp. The pass opens in the browser.

What does it cost to sell tickets?

MsgOrb’s booking fee is 2% + $0.50 per ticket, added on top and paid by the guest. Stripe’s own card fee comes out of your payout. There is no monthly fee for ticketing.

Do ticket buyers count toward my member limit?

No. Ticket buyers are not added to your contacts, so a sale is never blocked by your plan.

Can door staff check guests in without my password?

Yes. You send them a door link that can only check guests in. They never see your account.

Can I send invitations to a list?

MsgOrb doesn’t send invitations as broadcasts: Meta treats an invitation as Marketing and doesn’t deliver Marketing to US numbers. You share the RSVP link in your groups and on the flyer, and everything after the RSVP goes on WhatsApp.

How many events can I run?

As many as you need. Every event is a group, and every plan, Free included, has unlimited groups. Plans only limit how many members you keep.
