What you need
- A MsgOrb account (any plan, Free included)
- A Stripe account for your organization, or one you create while connecting
Set it up
- 1In MsgOrb, open Tickets and press Connect Stripe.
- 2Sign in to Stripe, or create an account, and confirm your organization’s details.
- 3Turn on what you need: tickets on an event, program fees, membership dues or giving.
Questions
What does it cost?
MsgOrb adds 2% + $0.50 per payment, paid by the person paying. For giving, the giver chooses whether to cover it. Stripe’s own card fee comes out of your payout.
Who holds the money?
Your organization’s Stripe account, from the moment it’s paid. MsgOrb never holds it.
