Questions

Is the ramadan schedule template Utility or Marketing?

It is written as Utility: a factual notice to someone who already belongs to your group, with no offer, greeting or invitation. Meta makes the final call when it reviews the template.

What does it cost to send?

MsgOrb never charges per message. Meta charges for each template it delivers, billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account: $0.0034 for a Utility message in the US and Canada. Other countries are in the WhatsApp pricing calculator.

How do I add it to MsgOrb?

“Use this template in MsgOrb” opens a new template with this wording filled in. Change anything you like, then press Save Template to send it to Meta for approval.
