Questions

Is the school event reminder template Utility or Marketing?

It is written as Utility: a factual notice to someone who already belongs to your group, with no offer, greeting or invitation. Meta makes the final call when it reviews the template.

What does it cost to send?

MsgOrb never charges per message. Meta charges for each template it delivers, billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account: $0.0034 for a Utility message in the US and Canada. Other countries are in the WhatsApp pricing calculator.

Is it already in MsgOrb?

Yes, word for word, in the Built-In Library on the Templates page. “Use this template in MsgOrb” opens it with the wording filled in, so you can change anything before you save it.
