Opt-out
A person asking a business to stop messaging them, usually by replying STOP.
Every business on WhatsApp must respect a request to stop. In MsgOrb, anyone who replies STOP is marked as opted out straight away and is never messaged again by that organization unless they choose to rejoin.
Making it easy to leave keeps your number’s quality rating healthy: people who can stop easily are less likely to block or report you.
