QR entry pass
A QR code a guest shows at the door, which a volunteer scans to check them in.
With MsgOrb, a guest who RSVPs or buys a ticket gets their entry pass in WhatsApp. At the door, volunteers open the door link on their own phones and scan it; the guest list updates as people arrive.
Because the pass lives in the guest’s WhatsApp chat, it’s easy to find on the day, and the same chat carries reminders and updates.
