Using the same phone number in the WhatsApp Business app and on the WhatsApp Business Platform at the same time.

Coexistence lets an organization keep using the WhatsApp Business app on its phone while connecting the same number to a platform such as MsgOrb for automation, broadcasts and a shared inbox.

When the number is connected, Meta syncs contacts and recent chat history to the platform. MsgOrb starts that sync for you during setup.
