Message quality rating
Meta’s rating of how people react to a business’s messages, based on blocks and reports.
Meta rates each business phone number on the WhatsApp Business Platform as high, medium or low quality, shown in WhatsApp Manager. It depends mainly on how many people block or report the business.
A low rating can lower how many people a number may message each day. Messaging only people who opted in, keeping messages useful and making STOP easy all keep the rating high.
