Test on a group of one
Create a group called Test, add your own number, and run the workflow against it.
For a free-form test to reach you, message your business number from that phone first. That opens the 24-hour window.
Confirm it was queued
Open Delivery and Queue Health straight after submitting. You should see a row per recipient within a few minutes. If nothing appears, the workflow never queued — recheck the target group had active members.
Confirm auto-replies
Reply to the announcement from a member's phone with the question you enabled, for example *what time*. The answer arrives within the same window. Both your message and the reply appear in the Inbox.
Common causes when nothing happens
