A group is a list of contacts. It is not a WhatsApp group chat — MsgOrb sends an individual message to each member.
Groups matter because every workflow targets exactly one of them. The Target Audience dropdown in the workflow builder lists your groups, and the builder will not submit until one is selected.
Creating a group
- 1Open Groups.
- 2Click Create Group.
- 3Give it a name, and optionally a category (Structured, Event or Business) and a sub-category.
- 4Save.
Managing a group
Click Configure Group on any card to open the group page. There you get:
- The Member Roster — name, phone number, join date, status and when the member was last messaged.
- Add Member — manual entry or CSV.
- The public share link for that specific group.
- Group settings: name, description and an archive toggle.
- Delete, which removes the group.
Plan limits
Free workspaces may hold one group. Basic, Pro and Enterprise have no group limit — those plans cap the number of members instead. See Plan limits.
