The built-in library

Click Built-In Library on Templates to browse starter templates covering organisation announcements, event notices and business notifications including orders, invoices, shipping, returns and warranties.

Each one is written to Meta's utility guidelines: it opens and closes with fixed text, never places variables next to each other, and states facts rather than inviting or promoting.

Using one

• Use Template copies it into the create form, where you can edit the wording before saving.
• Load Entire Library at the bottom copies every template into your workspace and submits each one to Meta. MsgOrb then reports how many were submitted and how many stayed as drafts. Drafts usually mean the WhatsApp Business Account is not connected yet.
