Scheduling and repeating

Send later, repeat on an interval, and what gets queued up front.

Send later

In section 5 of the builder choose Schedule for Later and pick a date and time. The messages are queued immediately with that send time, and the dispatcher leaves them alone until it arrives.

Repeat

Set Repeat to Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly, and optionally a Repeat until date.

MsgOrb generates every occurrence up front rather than rescheduling as it goes. With an end date it queues occurrences up to that date; without one it queues up to 52 occurrences. All of them are visible in Campaigns and Delivery and Queue Health straight away.

Changing your mind

Open the campaign from Campaigns and use Cancel N unsent messages in the header. The messages that have not gone out are removed from the queue; anything already delivered is untouched and stays on the Delivery page. Cancelling cannot be undone.

For a repeating campaign this cancels every remaining occurrence at once, because all of them were queued up front.

There is no way to edit a campaign in place. Cancel it and build the workflow again with the wording or timing you want.

A message already being sent cannot be recalled. The count on the button excludes anything the dispatcher has picked up, so a campaign that is mid-flight may show fewer cancellable messages than you expect.
