MsgOrb WhatsApp Automation sends WhatsApp messages to your contacts from your own WhatsApp Business number. It is built for organisations that need to reach a list of people on a schedule or in response to something happening in another system: churches, schools, NGOs, clubs, clinics, delivery businesses and appointment-based services.
You keep three things in MsgOrb:
- Groups — lists of contacts, each with a name and a WhatsApp number.
- Templates — the message wording Meta has approved for proactive sends.
- Workflows — the configuration that says which group receives which message, and when.
Everything MsgOrb sends goes out through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API using credentials you connect in WhatsApp Settings. MsgOrb does not own the number, and it does not bill you per message — Meta charges your WhatsApp Business Account directly.
