The workspace join link

Open Team Access. The join link section generates a link of the form:

https://msgorb.com/join/YOUR_JOIN_CODE

You can append a group so joiners land directly in it, and there is a per-group link on each group page under the share card:

https://msgorb.com/join/YOUR_ORG_ID/YOUR_GROUP_ID

Anyone with the link sees a short form asking for their name and WhatsApp number. No sign-in is needed.

Approving joiners

The auto-accept switch on Team Access decides what happens next:

• On — the contact is added with status Active and can be messaged immediately.
• Off — the contact is added with status Pending and appears in the directory with an approve button. Approve them before they receive anything.

Opt-in proof

Every join records the timestamp, the joiner's IP address and the source of the join. Meta expects businesses to be able to show that recipients consented, and this is the record that supports that. Contacts you type in or import by CSV carry no such proof, so use the link where you can.
