Get started

What this product does, and what you need before you begin.

MsgOrb WhatsApp Automation sends WhatsApp messages to your contacts from your own WhatsApp Business number. You keep contact lists here, get your message wording approved by Meta, and then send it on a schedule or in response to events in your other systems.

Before you start, have these ready

  • A Meta Business Portfolio with a WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number on it. The number must not be signed in to the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business phone apps.
  • A few minutes to complete Meta's Embedded Signup in a pop-up window. It is the easiest way to connect, with no token to copy. A permanent access token from Meta also works if you already have one.
  • A payment method to add to your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta. Meta charges for template messages and bills that account directly, not through MsgOrb.
  • A list of contacts with full international phone numbers, for example +12145550123.
  • An active MsgOrb plan. The connection form stays disabled without one.

By the end of this guide

You will have a connected number, an approved message template, a group of contacts, and a campaign you can watch deliver.

Ten steps. You can leave at any point and pick up where you stopped — your progress is remembered on this device.
